**Restaurant Operations Manager (JB4126)**

A company that owns several Quick Service Restaurants is looking for an Operations Manager to manage 3 of their Restaurants. The position of Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, providing strong leadership to the team, providing financial insights and delivering exceptional customer experiences by consistently exceeding expectations and maintaining a customer-centric focus in all interactions
**Minimum Requirements**:
Experience in business operations is non-negotiable
Certifications in Hospitality/Restaurant management would be advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
Proven track record of successful leadership and team management in a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Knowledge of health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and licensing requirements
Experience in implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
Ability to travel between stores and locations as needed
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Leadership and Team Management**
Provide strong leadership to the restaurant staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house personnel
Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, performance, and updates
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Take proactive measures to address performance issues through coaching, counselling, and disciplinary actions
**Operational Excellence**
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and adherence to quality and safety standards
Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize resource utilization to achieve financial objectives
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
Ensure a Pass on all store audits & Mystery shoppers, implementing corrective actions where necessary
Assist the team in front-of-house and back-of-house to deliver operational excellence
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and licensing requirements
Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations, adjusting restaurant operations accordingly
**Customer Service**
Uphold the highest standards of customer service to ensure a memorable guest experience
Address customer feedback promptly and professionally
Train staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold the restaurant's reputation
**Financial Management**
Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability
Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs without compromising quality
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
**Marketing**
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities to attract and retain customers
