Parts Sales Executive - Lydenburg, Mpumalanga

A well-established automotive dealership based in
**Lydenburg, Mpumalanga **is looking for a experienced
** Part Sales Executive**.

**Duties (but not limited to)**:

- Service existing clients
- Parts sourcing
- Assist Service Department with parts request orders
- Assist with telephonic queries and parts sales
- Assist walk-in customers and provide excellent service with regards to parts
- Provide best customer service
- Handle customer complaints
- Receive & log stock into inventory
- Notify service department when parts / back ordered have been received
- Maintain parts department neat and tidy

**Requirements**:

- Must have Parts Sales experience in the Automotive Industry
- Nissan, Hyundai, JAC or Toyota brand experience will be beneficial
- Grade 12
- Computer Literate
- Work well under pressure
- Multi tasker
- Customer care skills
- Good communication skills
