**Safair Operations, operating as **Flysafair**, has a vacancy for **Warehouse Supervisor - Stock Control **based at Bonaero Park**.**
**The successful applicant will report to the **Manager Warehouse**.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities**:

- **Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity**:

- **Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.**:

- **Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation**:

- **Communicating and coordinating with other departments and internal customers.**:

- **Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance**:

- **Organise, facilitate and manage cycle stock takes at regular intervals**:

- **Capture and report on Stock takes**:

- **Organize and maintain inventory and storage area**:

- **Monitor stock levels in order to highlight minimum and excess levels and therefore prevent part shortages**:

- **Communicate job expectations and coach employees**:

- **Determine staffing levels and assign workload**:

- **Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems**:

- **Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices**:

- **Confer and coordinate activities with other departments**:

- **Optimize employee workflow**:

- **Provide a safe working environment, adhering to Regulations and procedures and ensuring they are understood and practiced by the team at all time**:

- **Responsible for driving Standard Work and ensuring quality processes are implemented to ensure a "Right First Time" product to the customer aligned with their expectation**:

- **Ensure that internal delivery processes are adhered to support dispatch time windows**:

- **Identify errors and eliminate root cause using robust countermeasures**:

- **Sustain the corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues.**

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Grade 12;**:

- **Diploma in Supply chain or Diploma in Warehousing**:

- **10 Years warehousing experience SAM AMO System**
