Locum Lawyer

**Cognia Law is** seeking locum lawyers to work with various clients across the commercial, corporate and financial services industries.*

*Role Description

**Requirements**:

- Law degree from a top South African or UK-based tertiary institution (prior UK legal experience desired but not essential)
- Languages: fluency in spoken and written English (required)
- Strong academic credentials and post-qualification experience
- Right to work and eligibility to practise as a lawyer in South Africa
- Experience in foreign jurisdictions advantageous
- Highly developed interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to adapt readily to new situations, challenges and work environments
- Corporate, Commercial or Banking and Finance background desired
