**Channel Strategy Formulation and Implementation**
- Developing and executing effective channel strategies to enhance market reach and customer engagement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies with business objectives.

**Market and Customer Insight Maintenance**:

- Continuously monitoring market trends, customer behaviour, and industry dynamics.
- Leveraging insights to inform decision-making and drive growth.

**New Business Development**:

- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with potential clients and partners.

**Strategic Account Management**:

- Managing existing customer accounts strategically.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Serving as the primary point of contact for key customers.
- Resolving issues promptly and maintaining positive relationships.

**Pricing Guideline Management**:

- Developing and implementing pricing strategies.
- Balancing profitability with competitive market dynamics.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Post graduate degree in Supply Chain or Sales and Marketing as well as a commercial or management degree.
- Valid Code EB drivers’ licence
- 10 years' experience in a marketing and sales function that includes managing complex and/or significant customer relationships and key/national accounts with at least 5 years in a management role.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in logistics or supply chain management.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
