**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Answering the telephone and routing them to the relevant persons
- Providing administrative support to the management and sales team.
- Assisting with general admin tasks & willing to be a general all rounder
- Managing and organizing paperwork, files, and other office records
- Maintaining a clean and organized office environment
- Preparing boardroom for meetings
- Taking minutes of meetings
- Diary management
- Assisting with data entry and record keeping
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by management
**Requirements**:
- Matric Certificate
- 2+ years experience in an administrative work environment
- Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Own or reliable transport.
**Salary**: R6,000.00 - R8,000.00 per month
