Distribution Coordinator

**Distribution Coordinator-Logisitcs (FMCG) - Nigel**

**A well establish food manufacturing company is looking for a Distribution Manager with 5 years plus experience in Logistics and Distribution environmen**t.
- Ensure all Daily / Weekly / Monthly Deadlines are met
- Management and reconciliation of Diesel Usage and Calculation
- Manage Traffic Fines and recover cost from responsible parties
- Manage E-Toll / Bankfin Reconciliations
- Working with Electronic Reports from outside suppliers
- Briefing and debriefing of drivers
- Co-ordinate and management tracker and control systems
- Manage and ensure extended life of trucks.
- Track & Control Budget vs Actual
- Monitor Vehicle Kilometers including Service Plans with Suppliers
- Keep accurate records of all Drivers Licenses + PDP
- Ensure constant communication with weighbridge staff and drivers
- Vehicle inspections and repair arrangements
- Ensure reporting of late or non-deliveries
- All reporting must be done timeously
- Ensure that rucks leave site on time
- Ensure that tracking is done on both Pride owned and outsourced vehicles (DRM & Roadshow)
- Request official purchase orders in accordance with company policy for all purchases within the department

**Skills**:

- Strong Administration experience in Distribution preferred
- Computer literate
- Excel proficient
- Effective interpersonal and communicational skills
- Assertive and punctual
- Independent, self-motivated and mature person
- Focused on detail and accuracy
- Experience with outsourcing transporters would be an advantage.
- Good time management
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work under pressure and independently
- Fast learner

**Minimum requirements**:

- Minimum Grade 12 and 5-year relevant experience
- Must be able to speak, read and write English.
- Experience in a Distribution environment will be an advantage.
- Shift work
- Must have a support structure in place should they have family responsibilities.

**Remuneration: R 25 000.00 to R 35 000.00**

**Salary**: R25,000.00 - R35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nigel, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Distribution and Logistics FMCG: 5 years (required)
