The skill sets for employment as follows: We are looking for a dynamic individual with the required qualifications to fill a Storeman position at an opencast mining operation.

7. Driver's license: C1 8. Ability to relocate

COMPETENCY: ▪ Grade 12 or Equivalent

▪ 2-3 years’ experience as a storeman

▪ Computer literacy. Presentation skills. Report writing ability.

▪ Extensive experience in working with:

- Clients
- Manufacturers and Suppliers In this role you will be responsible for but not limited to the following

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the physical receipt & dispatch of goods inwards and the issue of stock against appropriate requisitions. Stock and stores items in good order and keeps the stores clean and tidy. Records stock movements.

▪ Maintaining stock levels,

▪ Maintain re-order levels,

▪ Matching of invoices, purchase orders and delivery notes o Receive parts and record onto EMS-QF-001 Receiving Inspection receipting in 4Flow.

Capturing and processing of Internal Transfers in 4Flow
- Verify correct parts and quantity is received to original PO
- Visually inspect product for cosmetic defects
- Delivery date o Obtain all necessary material certificates
- If non-conformance or discrepancies are encountered during receiving, Inform the Procurement & Warehouse Officer and raise a Non-Conformance against supplier using the Non-Conformance Report - EMS-QF-005 and Goods Return Note EMS-QF-017

▪ Liaising with the Procurement and Warehouse Officer on a daily basis regarding internal issues,

▪ Weekly cycle counts and monthly stock take,

▪ Ensuring HSE Compliance of the stores,

▪ Responsible for good stores housekeeping practices,

▪ Ensure that all, stores processes and activities are carried out as per company procedure EMS-QP-16 Goods Receiving Procedure,

▪ Scheduling of all collection/ deliveries, and daily control of delivery fleet vehicles i.e.. Daily inspections, logbook,

▪ Issuing and dispatching of parts & consumables including Pre-Kitting for assembly,

▪ Responsible for the entire stock holding and all transactions relevant to stock receiving, issuing, stock take and variance reconciliations.

▪ Correct handling, packaging, storage, and preservation of parts & materials,

▪ Ensure Welding Consumable are controlled and stored as per procedures,

▪ Consumable Issue & Receipt Register,

▪ Maintenance of all stock records, filing and correct administration,

▪ Ensuring all monthly deadlines are met and notifying purchasing of stock requirements by ensuring Purchase Requisitions are completed and handed in daily to keep stock on levels required,

▪ Overtime when required including abnormal (Call-Out) overtime
