**Position Description**

We’re looking for someone who loves to work with people and Change Management. You will be responsible for consolidating 12 Volvo owned dealers financial reporting and estimation. You will have a key role in driving and tracking financial performance as we aim to extend and grow the business. It is a super interesting role for you to make a positive impact in. This is a fast paced environment and demands structure, organization and managing of many tasks in our end customer environment

**The main purpose of the job** is to manage closing and estimate. You are operational in this role and can provide detailed controlling reports. You act as a business partner and co-driver to the business. You have the ability to connect the financial reporting to our estimate process as this is an important task in order to drive progress. The main contributor to this is to align 12 dealers into a structured way of working where we are currently undergoing a big change management organizational structural change. Your co-driver is Strategy Retail Controller and the 12 branch managers. You also work closely together with the Director Retail.

**Reporting**: This position will report to the CFO.

**Job Objectives**:

- Drive and manage understanding of the full Retail Network in Closing and Estimate activities.
- Implement a new way of working that aligns with our future Financial goals and the exciting future of Electromobility.
- To drive and secure Volvo Group way of working within Business Control. This also entails to clean out any other tasks not Business Control related.
- You are experienced in indirect leadership which will drive success in implementation of new activities in line with Volvo Group Values.
- Actively propose and drive the support of improvements of all controlling related revenue and expense reporting, ensuring proactive control, accuracy, predictability and timely delivery of results, analysis and forecasts.
- This role requires knowledge of SAP general ledger accounting, however, follow up is done in pre-systems GDS Fusion, SAP, Essbase and planning tool Hyperion.
- Be a business partner and contribute to continous improvement.
- Provide financial information to stakeholders according to set deadlines.
- Liase with other Finance colleagues for decision making, analysis, reporting and consolidation.
- This role requires travel to the dealers in the network in South Africa.
- No direct staff reporting, but collaboration with the 12 dealers for their explanations and input is required.
- Change management and structural implementations to align with Volvo Group of reporting financials.

**Qualification**:

- Min Bachelor (or higher degree) in Business Administration, Finance and Economics or similar is required.
- Qualified Accountant is an advantage.

**Job Related Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of Financial and/or Management accounting experience.
- Proven experience in a retail finance role in a similar sized international organisation would be preferable.
- Experience of Change management is an advantage.
