Transport Broker

KwaZulu Natal, KZN - South Coast

Generate leads and attract new prospects through developing and securing reputable clients, as well as developing partnerships with subcontractors. Provide customers with transportation quotes, bookings, and tracking status of loads and manage scheduled collections and drop-offs.

Must be proficient in delivery queries, invoice queries, follow up with subcontractors for POD, insurance claims and investigation, planning of loads with various subcontractors, setting and managing all rates.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years working experience in a similar role
- Minimum Matric
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Outstanding people skills
- Proficient negotiating skills
- Demonstrate ability to negotiate with transporters and customers
- Valid driver’s licence
