In this role you will be providing technical support to customers and dealers on agricultural equipment and technology, specifically the AMS product line, Address D-Tac queries on the tractor system, ensuring timely resolution, diagnose equipment and technology problems, offering solutions based on technical knowledge and available resources, conduct thorough equipment and technology inspections, identifying potential issues and recommending maintenance or repair and document technical support cases, providing detailed explanations of solutions

**_ Requirements:_**
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in the agricultural industry, with a focus on John Deere equipment and technology.
- Preferred qualification as a John Deere technician
- Strong technical proficiency, encompassing hardware and software systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
