JOB TITLE: Outbound Call centre Sales Agent

DEPARTMENT: SALES

LOCATION: Krugersdorp

REPORTS TO: Supervisor

POSITION: FULL TIME

JOB CATEGORY: SALES

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make outgoing calls daily to a list of people the company provides. The agent must make these calls and achieve the purpose of the call. For example - a sale, loading of debit orders, loans. The achieving of daily and monthly sales target.
- Make outgoing calls
- Data entry and searches
- Inform client about services and products
- Read prepared sale scripts to clients
- Explain concepts, terms and conditions and fees to clients
- Respond to questions.
- Identify and handle objections
- Obtain customer information
- Obtain possible customer leads
- Follow up on initial contact
- Enter details of every interaction on the system
- Achievement of sales target daily and monthly is essential
- Always be professional

EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Grade 12 and call centre experience
- Proven track record in sales
- Computer literate
- Good typing skills
- Goal orientated.
- Excellent communication and client services skills
- Great negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of sales principles
- Excellent product knowledge
- Tenacious and handle stress well
- High energy levels

**Job Types**: Commission, Permanent

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Krugersdorp, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
