- Offloading of bulk raw materials
- Citric and M163 make up
- Operating of bulk and or sheet filter
- Operating of Centec Blender
- Draw samples and submit to Lab
- Hunter’s, Savanna, Esprit, Benini, Sweetening makes up
- QC additions
- Transfers
- Housekeeping
- Caustic make-up
- CIP of all cellar equipment and lines
- Grade 12
- 1 - 2 years’ experience Operating in a Cellars environment
- Physically healthy and strong.
- Ability to work on heights and confined spaces.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- A forklift licence will be considered beneficial.
- Must be able to work with little to no supervision.
- Willingness to work shifts, especially night shift.
