Introducing the NORTHPOINT ELITE PROGRAMME

Northpoint Realty Group is actively seeking 2 types of Real Estate Professionals:
1. ELITE top-producing professionals doing more than R15 Million per year to join their **NORTHPOINT ELITE PROGRAMME** and take advantage of a ground-breaking **ELITE 100% COMMISSION** opportunity

2. Northpoint also provides an opportunity for Top Producers doing less than R15 Million per year to join it's Traditional 70% and 80% model.

As an ELITE Agent / Broker with Northpoint, you will benefit from:
1. **100% Commission from Day 1**: Keep all your hard-earned commissions and maximize your earnings with no splits.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven success with a track record of **R15 Million+ in annual turnover**.

**Upfront Cap Payment**:
In traditional Cap programmes, Agents and Brokers operate at between 50% to 70% commission during the year and once they reach their Cap of R350,000 Company Commission, typically in the 9th or 10th month they go to 100% commission.

Northpoint offers you the opportunity to pay your Cap upfront.

This ensures you receive **100% commission from day one** without the delay of reaching your cap in the 9th or 10th month and potentially miss out on the bigger deals during the year.

**Cap Amount**:
The Northpoint ELITE Cap is R350,000.

If you are doing more than R15 Million per year in turnover then it’s a no-brainer to join the Northpoint ELITE Programme.

1. 50% Commission Split

Gross Commission Income: R20,000,000 x 6% = R1,200,000

Agent’s Earnings (50% Split): R1,200,000 x 50%

= R600,000

2. 70% Commission Split

Gross Commission Income: R20,000,000 x 6% = R1,200,000

Agent’s Earnings (70% Split): R1,200,000 x 70%

= R840,000

**3. 100% Commission Split**

Gross Commission Income: R20,000,000 x 6% = R1,200,000

Less Effective Cap: R175,000

Agent’s Earnings (100% Split): R1,200,000 x 100%

= **R1,025,000**

**Cap Bridging Financing Option**:
If the upfront payment is a concern, Northpoint provides a BRIDGING FINANCE option for the cap against your 1st deal.

This means you can enjoy the financial benefits immediately while leveraging the cap amount as a tax write-off.

**INITIAL RELEASE BENEFIT**

For an initial period until the 30th September Northpoint Realty Group is offering **an Initial Release Benefit Cap of R250,000** to our first 12 ELITE Agents and Brokers who register for the ELITE PROGRAMME.

(This means you only pay an upfront CAP or R 250,000).
