Typesetter Intern

Our client, a solutions provider for corporate communications, is looking for graduates to fill a Typesetter job. The client specializes in typesetting of integrated reports, financial statements, financial advertising and other stakeholder communications. 6-month fixed-duration contract based in Sandton.
- Lay out text in preparation for printing or publishing
- format, style and arrange text, tables and illustrations for publications
- The goal is to make work clear and legible
- Typesetters are expected to draw from skills in graphic design, art, publishing, and digital design to layout text and tables optimally for the printing process

- Self-starter and go-getter.
- Good attitude and aptitude with enthusiasm to achieve
- Understand that change is constant and should not be phased by unpredictability
- Attention to detail and a keen eye will stand you in good stead
- Ongoing learning should be part of your daily focus, both within a team as well as on your own
