Shopper Marketing Executive - Johannesburg

A Shopper Marketing Executive job vacancy is currently available in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa.

Full time / Hybrid position

R55 000 - R60 000 per month

TTL experience - with FMCG experience

**Duties**:

- Develop TTL marketing plans and implement within key customers following guidance from controller strategy
- Utilise brand assets and partnerships to activate across the portfolio
- Understanding of how consumers behave as shoppers both in-store and through online mediums
- Your aim should be to further customer engagement through range planning in terms of displays, packaging, promotion and marketing
- Develop and execute Shopper Marketing programs, in tandem with customer and the cross-functional team, that extend brand strategy and activation platforms while delivering on customer specific insights to deliver profitable volume growth

**Requirements / Qualifications**:

- Trade or Shopper Marketing experience
- Experience of working in cross functional teams
- Strong project management
- Degree in Marketing or similar
- Strong internal and external communication skills
- Creative with an eye for new ideas
- You will have impeccable brand management, monitoring and tracking skills, able to confidently utilise 3rd party tools and sharing insights with relevant stakeholders to inform brand decision making
- You’ll be a highly influential and effective communicator with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas, concepts and proposals
