CNC Programmer

Aeromec Engineering is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator to join our team in Strand. If you have a passion for precision and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Create CNC programs from AutoCAD and Solidworks drawings.
- Set up, program, operate, and troubleshoot CNC 3-axis milling machines.
- Knowledge of 4-axis machines is a plus.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards.
- Operate hand and machine tools.
- Check the accuracy and quality of finished parts.
- Comply with Occupational Health and Safety Act regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the engineering or metal industry.
- Proficiency with MasterCam.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Skilled in using Vernier, micrometers, etc.
- Physically fit to handle materials and tools.
- Strong communication skills in English and/or Afrikaans.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently.
- Own reliable transport.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.

Pay: R20 000,00 - R35 000,00 per month
