We are looking for a Dialler administrator/ Campaign Specialist with Analytical Background. You will be managing, monitoring, and analysing for a contact center and completing day-to-day data and dialler changes and reporting

A Dialler administrator/ Campaign Specialist collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify hone data requirements.

You will work alongside an established team that is very proactive in skills transference and sharing knowledge.

Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Data analyst are to ensure we are optimizing our data and reaching our full potential with the utilization of data.

**Responsibilities**:
Work within current guidelines

Develop and improve personal data analytic skills

Work with confidence with data changes and amendments based on rational reasoning

Prepare daily reports

Work within guidelines of data legislation and best practice.

**Requirements**:

High level of excel knowledge and utilization

Interest in predicting trends and identifying patterns

Matric, Background of Mathematics and Physical Sciences. Must have at least 1 year experience in Dialler administration/management.

Collage graduates, Analytics, Sciences, IT, ICT RELATED BACKGROUND

Bachelor’s Degree is advantageous in related fields.

**Salary**: R8 000,00 per month
