Eyelash Technician

At Shelby Melissa’s Aesthetics, we're passionate about helping clients achieve their beauty goals and feel confident. We're looking for a talented and creative Eyelash Technician to join our salon.

Job Responsibilities:

- Consult with clients to determine their desired lash look and recommend appropriate styles.
- Maintain a clean and sterile work environment according to health and safety regulations.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest lash trends and techniques through continuing education.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Do stock take each week.

Qualifications:

- Lash technician certification.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a salon setting (preferred).
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Standard Work Week:

- Monday - Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Additional Work Schedule (As Needed):

- One Saturday per month: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Lunch Break:

- You are entitled to a one-hour lunch break at your convenience during your scheduled workday.

Commission:

- Commission on all services is set at 60%.
- Commission on all products sold is set at 10%.
