- 15 000.00 - 20 000.00 Monthly Cost To Company- We are seeking a Bookkeeper to take care of our clients day to day financial tasks. You will be responsible for both accounts payable and receivable along with all payroll and bank account management and reconciliation task. A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a bookkeeper with knowledge of SAGE Evolution is essential.
- Requirements and skills:

- Own reliable transport.
- Minimum 5 years’ working experience.
- Stable track record.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Experience with SAGE Evolution.
- SARS - Statutory submissions (EMP501, VAT201) and VAT audits
- Provisional Tax payments & liaising with Auditors re Trial Balance & Annual Financials
- Knowledge of IT Systems & Integrated Systems and backups, liaising with IT computer support provider.
- Bank recons, General Ledger, Cashbook, Petty cash, Income Statement, Age Analysis updates
- Debtors, Creditors, Recons, Remittances, Credit notes, Claims, account queries & following up for payments & liaising with Buying group Head Offices
- Standard Bank online banking payments with Forex payments
- Cash Flow Forecasts
- Employment Equity & Skills Development submissions
- HR - Payroll Capturing on weekly & monthly companies, staff leave, UIF, and Provident Fund.
- Customer price lists, product costing /monitoring GP’s
- Pastel Sales Reporting / Comparisons on Excel spreadsheets
