Senior HR Consultant

**Purpose**:
As an HR Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance and support to our clients in various aspects of Human Resources and Industrial Relations. You will collaborate with businesses to address their HR/IR needs and challenges, developing tailored solutions that enhance their HR/IR functions and contribute to their overall success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Chair disciplinary hearings.
- Facilitate incapacity consultations for ill health and poor performance.
- Facilitate S189 consultations and retrenchments, wage negotiations, MSA’s etc.
- Facilitate grievance procedures and represent clients in CCMA and/or Bargaining Council disputes.
- Represent clients at union meetings.
- Develop, implement, and facilitate various employment processes and SOPs.
- Draft and prepare employment documents and agreements.
- Draft and issue any HR/IR related documents and/or notices.
- Comply with any legislative audits and respond to/mitigate any compliance orders.
- Advise on and/or facilitate the recruitment process from beginning to end.
- Ensure legislative compliance with respect to the BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA, OHSA, COIDA, etc.
- Design, implement, and manage the roll out of client project plans.
- Sign up new clients and grow the existing client base.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Valid driver's license and own, reliable vehicle.
- Willingness to travel.
- A basic legal degree or diploma in IR/ HR or Industrial Psychology.
- 3-years' experience in a similar role.

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month
