Junior Litigation Attorney

-  Assist senior attorneys in all aspects of litigation matters, including case analysis, strategy development, and trial preparation.
- Conduct legal research, analyze case law, statutes, and regulations to support legal arguments.
- Draft and review legal documents, including complaints, answers, motions, and discovery requests and responses.
- Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials as necessary.
- ⁠Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders.
- ⁠Manage and organize case files, documents, and evidence.
- ⁠Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative legal strategies and solutions.
- ⁠Stay current with developments in case law, legal trends, and procedural rules relevant to litigation practice.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant Qualification needed
- 1-3 years of litigation experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
- ⁠Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to analyse complex legal issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in legal research tools, such as Westlaw or LexisNexis, and Microsoft Office Suite.
