**LOCATION**: Constantia

**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**:
Responsible to attend to all cleaning duties in the kitchen, including all dishes as per Health and Safety regulations in order to maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times and enhance customer services.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES**:

- Experience working in a Restaurant environment in a similar position

**KEY ACOUNTABILITIES**:

- Perform cleaning duties in the kitchen
- Maintain housekeeping as well as food safety standards

**SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES**:

- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills
- Planning & Organising
- Must have the ability to work under pressure
