Cdp - Pastry

The purpose of the position is to effectively and efficiently run and be responsible for allocated sections

**Minimum Experience and Qualification Required**:

- Matric
- Previous experience in a 5-star hotel or similar environment
- Must be hard working and dedicated
- Must be motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic
- Must be a team player, with a positive attitude
- Must be willing to work shifts
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Own transport preferable

Key Performance Objectives:

- Full Responsibility for the running of the section required
- Ordering of products, quality, and quantity control of product
- Performing duties and following instructions to the fullest
- Performing job title with pride and a high standard of hygiene, and
- Resourceful, out of the box thinking and creativity

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hermanus, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Pastry: 2 years (required)
