**Duties and requirements**:

- Creditors processing function on Pastel (invoices, credit notes etc).
- Pastel experience a must.
- Prepare creditor recons on monthly basis
- Review of creditors age analysis (old items etc)
- Follow up on outstanding queries/old items
- Prepare (and daily update) payments list that ties back to age analysis
- Cash book processing and matching of creditor payments
- Prepare list of creditor schedules - computer literate
- Admin duties in accounts department - strong admin skills required

**Job Types**:

- Must reside in Durban North surroundings, Ability to commute
- Experience: 3 - 5 YEARS (required) with traceable references
