Creditors Clerk

Prime Africa Holdings (Pty) Ltd, one of South Africa's leading cosmetic and toiletry manufacturing groups is looking for a skilled Creditors Clerk to provide financial and administrative services.

**Key Repsonsibilites**
- Capturing of all supplier invoices (high volume) whilst ensuring that all tax invoices are SARS compliant.
- Sending out supplier’s remittances.
- Perform monthly creditor reconciliation of all supplier accounts.
- Ensuring that the GRN Trial balance is clear at month end.
- Managing payments.
- Handling payment queries.
- Filling.
- Management of variance creditor payments terms (COD, 7days, 14 days, 30 days)
- Compiling of accurate payment list every week.
- Capturing of Cashbook payments.
- Running of Suppliers aged analysis.
- Asset Register (Depreciation Journals)
- Assisting Finance Manager with various tasks.
- Reconciling of various GL accounts.

**Requirements and skills**
- Minimum requirement: Grade 12/ Matric certificate.
- A financial tertiary qualification (advantageous).
- 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Intermediate computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Capacity to manage and maintain supplier relationships.
- Excellent reconciliation skills
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.

**Working Hours**: Monday - Friday 08:00-16:45.

Pay: R1,00 per year
