**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Safety Management
- Courses in contractor management
- Courses in ISO systems (14001, 9001, 45001)
- Risk Assessment Techniques and certification (SWIFT, HAZOP and FMECA)
- 3 years contractors administration experience
- 6 years SHERQ Department in a mine and or plant environment
- Must have own transport and valid drivers licence

KPA
- Engagement of Contractors prior and throughout the duration of the contract.
- Managing the onboarding and exiting of contractors, ensuring Safety, HR, Engineering and relevant requirements are met.
- Conduct workplace inspections ensuring contractor compliance to the company relevant policies, processes, and procedures
- Ensuring that contractors are compliant to all relevant legislation and facilitating monthly safety meeting for Contractors.
- Develop and maintain systems that supports the contractor management strategy with up-to-date data and accurate reporting.
- Communicating all site notices, instructions, memo etc.
