Field Sales Agent

**Key Responsibilities**:Achieving monthly sales targets through standard selling procedures as well as community expos, estate agent activations and other events; Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers; Conducting product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers; Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities; Managing promotional activities; Collecting and analysing data to provide valuable insights on regions; Aware of regional activity and “touch points” via social media platforms; Handling and overcoming objections from potential customers.

**Requirements**:Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales or a related field; Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Strong negotiation and closing skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Experience in the solar industry is an advantage but not mandatory; Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; Exposure to CRM tools; Exceptional pipeline management; Active on community social platforms; Work hours will extend to the weekend for activations; On standby to address client issues after hours.
