- Providing Internal IT Support for desktops, printers, servers and laptops.
- Ensuring that desktop, server and laptop backups are completed.
- Updating and submitting daily and weekly dashboards with regards to the progress of calls and/or projects.
- Providing technical desktop support to customers.
- Troubleshooting and Incident resolution with limited assistance from seniors.
- Understanding of incident prioritization and business impact (SLA and turnaround times).
- Basic knowledge of LAN and WAN switches.
- To perform project related activities and tasks.
- To perform ad hoc activities for other service lines as required.
- To effectively repair hardware and software incidents within contracted SLA and initiate 3rd party repair process.
- To carry out preventative maintenance.
- To effectively communicate and provide feedback to key stakeholders.
- To maintain and improve customer satisfaction through first time incident resolution and quality service delivery.
- Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
- Managing all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
- Cooperating with technical team and share information across the organisation.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 3 years of relevant experience required.
- IT Diploma or Degree in relevant certificates.
- Technical Skills and Knowledge Required:
Microsoft Office Knowledge

Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
