**Repairs and Services**

Assisting with repairs and maintenance of the Generators, Trucks and Vehicles in accordance with the scheduled services.

Loading test Generators on a load bank prior to gear checks.

Maintaining records of all load bank testing done for insurance purposes.

**Quality Control**

Maintaining service records and ensuring that the various components of the generators are replaced.

Checking the Generator Operators generator check lists for any inconsistencies and ensuring the the check lists are being completed in line with the required procedures and standards.

Ensuring that any inconsistencies are escalated to the Supervisor: On-Set Supervisor for further investigation.

Ensuring all Generator Operators are trained and set ready. Conducting refresher courses with the generator operators when and if required.

**Stakeholder Liaison**

Assisting the Supervisor: On Set with scheduling generators to productions while ensuring that the correct capacities are allocated to the production.

A National Senior Certiicate

A National Diploma within Engineering / Mechanics - Recommended

A minimum of 4 years experience within a Mechanic workshop - Essential

A minimum of 2 years experience within Generator operations - Recommended
