**Junior Graphic Designer**

**Responsibilities**:
Create and update brochures, design marketing collateral, and contribute to content planning.
Design smaller tasks like illustrations, icons, business cards, and document templates.
Manage website updates, banners, and content for various pages and create web optimized banners, social media graphics, etc.
Utilize graphic design software tools to create layouts, illustrations, and other visual elements. Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, is often required.
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics to improve performance of website, as well as manage and update the websites of individual Business Units.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing professionals, copywriters, and web developers, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to design within the overall marketing strategy.
Coordinate release-related tasks, including design, social media, and documentation.
Adapt designs for different mediums and platforms while maintaining brand consistency, considering factors such as responsive web design and mobile optimization.
Create presentations, digital invitations, and RSVP forms for internal work events.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma Graphic Design with specialisation in Media Design and Communication.
Proficiency in Adobe CC Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop)
Good understanding of WordPress.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

**Advantageous**:
Adobe CC suite (InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Affects, etc.)

Digital Marketing (MailChimp, Social Media)

Marketing Process knowledge

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- Potchefstroom, North West: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Graphic Design: 2 years (preferred)
