Bartender and Mixologist

**Senior Mixologist and Bartender** with Expertise in Opera and Micros Point of Sale Systems

As our Senior Mixologist and Bartender, you'll not only serve traditional cocktails, beers, wines, and other beverages but will also be responsible for crafting unique and inventive mixologist creations. Extensive knowledge of mixology, current beverage trends, and exceptional customer service skills are essential qualifications for this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and serve a diverse array of beverages, from classic cocktails to avant-garde mixologist inventions, along with beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options
- Maintain an impeccably clean, organized, and efficient bar area
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure an unparalleled guest experience
- Accurately manage cash and credit card transactions using both the Opera and Micros Point of Sale Systems
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train, mentor, and lead junior bartenders and staff

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of **5 years of experience **in a senior bartender or mixologist role
- Proficiency in both the Opera and Micros Point of Sale Systems
- Exceptional customer service skills
- In-depth understanding of mixology and current beverage trends
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in cash and credit card transactions

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nottingham Road, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- Mixology and Bartending: 5 years (required)
