**Operations Manager - Sub-Fleet Manager**
**(Vaal Triangle based)**
The Diraro Group, a well-established group of companies, with an equal opportunity policy, has a internal vacancy for an experienced Sub-Fleet Manager to ensure smooth Operations within the department and to promote the services of The Diraro Group to suitable prospective and current clients:
The successful incumbent will need to display the following **competencies**

**ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS**
- Grade 12
- A certificate in Transport will be advantageous.
**INDIVIDUAL VALUES AND EXPERIENCES REQUIRED**:
- 3 Years’ experience within a similar role - Transport / Logistics Environment
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, motivation, and planning skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong Computer literate, especially with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- To work under pressure and high work ethic are key requirements.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- To ensure smooth Operations are maintained within the department.
- Determining the needs of the market and identify new and viable clientele for the business.
- Drive and attain set sales targets.
- Schedule clients visits and circulate call reports to management.
- Ensure business development initiatives are aligned to the vision, mission, and objectives of The Diraro Group
- Maintain and grow client and sub-contractors’ relationship.
- Undertake after sales service, including handling and resolution of any customer complaints.
- Build and maintain an updated client database and sales management information.
- Ensure flow of information between all internal functions
- Assist sub-coordinates within the department.
- Ensure that all bookings on a day-to-day basis are met.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vereeniging, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- High School (matric) (required)
**Experience**:
- Transport Management: 3 years (required)
**Language**:
- Afrikaans & English (required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's license (required)
