**Location**:Paarl Operations

**Purpose**:The incumbent will be responsible for stock integrity of the inventory in the stores. To ensure correct quality, quantity of material is ordered and delivered on time as per the delivery schedule. The role will be responsible for communication to internal customers and external suppliers. The incumbent will assist with minor maintenance tasks if need be.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Grade 12 qualification
- At least 3-5 years maintenance Storeman experience
- A minimum of 1 year experience of receiving goods on SAP
- A minimum of 3 years in the principles of stock control
- Experience in working on SAP modules
- Computer literate (Microsoft Package, Outlook)
- Valid Forklift License
- Driver’s License

- Strong attention to detail
- Must have a can do attitude
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external clients
- Delivery and Collection of ordered stock as required

**Job Summary**:

- Daily reporting and monitoring of storeroom deliveries
- Monitor and co-ordinate MOQ’s and lead time daily
- Monitor and report on the condition of equipment before and after
- Monthly stock take preparations and coordination
- Report on variances from previous month
- Monitor and report on slow moving stock
- Report on variances from previous month
- Create Purchase Requisitions, follow up on created PR to ensure stock was received
- Compile service reports, delivery notes, certification and invoices and communicate to Buyer.
