**Responsibilities**:

- Consult with clients to determine their individual lash preferences and desired look
- Recommend appropriate lash styles and lengths based on client's eye shape, natural lashes, and lifestyle
- Educate clients on proper aftercare techniques to maintain their lash extensions
- Perform lash lifts and tints to enhance the natural lashes
- Stay current with industry trends and techniques through ongoing training and education
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sterilizing tools and equipment
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and attention to detail

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Lash Specialist or similar role
- Certification or training in eyelash extensions and lash lifts
- Strong knowledge of lash extension products, techniques, and styles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Attention to detail and a passion for excellence
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
