Injection Mould Setter

As an Injection Mould Setter, you will be responsible for setting up and operating injection moulding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts. You will work closely with the production team to ensure smooth operations and meet production targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and prepare injection moulding machines according to production requirements
- Calculate correct machine settings, including temperature, pressure, and speed
- Load plastic material into the hopper and monitor the process
- Perform tool changes and change moulds as required
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the machines, including adjusting settings and performing minor repairs
- Monitor production output and quality, ensuring compliance with specifications
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

- Previous experience as an Injection Mould Setter in a plastics manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of injection moulding processes and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality orientation
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work shifts and overtime as needed
- Grade 12
