Secondarily - we're a people development firm. We recruit, hire, mentor, develop, train, and invest in our consultants across eight technical disciplines, so they can then provide consultative services to our end clients.

This is a **full-time remote** role working for the UK market.

**Compensation**:Guaranteed base salary plus an **aggressive commission structure.**

**_What You Bring to the Role_**

You will work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment to select and hire IT consultants from the UK and the EU.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle a high volume of hires for developers each month across multiple technologies
- Reviewing and actioning upon reports on a daily/weekly basis to inform the tasks, actions, behaviors, and areas of focus
- May be responsible for coaching and mentoring other team players every week with aims at measurable improvement
- Knowledge in HR practices and employment law as they pertain to recruiting
- Understands the functions of how to operate in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Evaluate factors such as experience, education, skills, fit as it pertains to the role
- Writing, speaking, and comprehending English in a proficient manner

**Requirements**:

- Degree in HR, communications, marketing, business, similar, or equivalent live production experience
- Five years’ IT or tech recruitment experience and/or sales
- Able to work 9 am - 6 pm local GMT/BST
- Previous experience with UK recruitment
- You must have a stable internet and computer

Pay: From R25,000.00 per month
