We are looking for **Data Analyst** to join our Risk department

**Responsibilities**:

- You will interact internally with the DWH Team and externally with our DACH merchants to provide them with reporting solutions based on their needs
- You will be in charge of developing more sophisticated automatic reporting capabilities for our clients and internal stakeholders using statistical tools like R, Phyton, and/or others to effectively support merchant business and internal practices
- You will build advanced models to understand the impact of specific transactional behavior, trends, and patterns
- You will perform deep-dive data investigations to deliver insights about payment performance, Merchant KPIs, credit risk exposure, and other ad-hoc analysis
- You will collaborate with data-focused teams to locate & solve problems, develop solutions, and share insights
- You will be in charge of the visualization of data and KPIs to detect alerts and anomalies with possible business impact

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of relevant work experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Science, or similar fields
- Excellent verbal and written language skills in both German and English
- Hands-on experience in Programming Languages such as Python, R, VBA, or any other languages for automatic statistical analysis of data
- Experience in the visualization of data via Tableau or a similar interactive tool
- Experience with machine learning models is a plus
- Analytical and technical understanding of payment transaction flows is a plus
- Willingness to innovate, learn and share knowledge
- Passionate about digging in data, and numbers, thinking systematically, and analyzing inter-dependencies
- Excellent organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
