Internal Sales Administrator

AC Direct is looking for an experienced, hardworking and dedicated individual who is willing to add value and grow in an exciting and ever growing e-commerce store. AC Direct is the largest supplier of Air Conditioning products online in South Africa and also offers a wide range of other products. We have offices and warehouses throughout the country. AC Direct is a part of a group that has been in the industry for over 40 years. The position currently available is the role of a an **Internal Sales Administrator **and daily responsibilities will include the following:
Duties include:

- Keeping up with product and service information and updates
- Upselling products and services
- Explaining product features and benefits

Qualifications & Experience:

- Applicant must have proven experience in the sales field

Skills & Attributes:

- Must be good communicators in English and Afrikaans
- Must have outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Must have a valid South African driver’s license
- Must be able to travel and work in the Randvaal area
