RPO Recruitment is seeking a proactive Wholesale Planner to join our client’s in the Retail industry's team, a leading fashion company that delivers trendy and unique clothing worldwide. The Wholesale Planner will be responsible for analyzing sales trends, developing financial forecasts, and identifying opportunities and risks to provide accurate planning and stock strategies. As a Recruitment Specialist, RPO Recruitment is committed to delivering unique recruitment solutions to the largest Corporates to find the best talent and help companies grow.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategically plan brand's buying and trading activities to achieve sales targets
- Analyze sales trends and market data to develop and refine financial forecasts
- Create and maintain open-to-buy reports to execute purchasing and allocate stock to ensure proper product assortments across applicable sales channels
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and inventory planning to maximize margin opportunities
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing inventory costs
- Conduct regular analysis of inventory performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations for future seasons
- Provide effective communication to cross-functional team members to foster effective business relationships and consensus on key decisions

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Wholesale Planning within the fashion industry
- Strong analytical skills and experience with sales forecasting, inventory management, and budgeting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Resourcefulness and flexibility to adapt to changing business demands
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant inventory management systems
