Diesel Control Administrator

**Company Description**

This position’s main focus will be on the capturing of diesel transactions for the entire business as well as analysing the data to alert the business to possible fraud, theft or any other wastage that can occur. This is an admin intense position with a lot of responsibility.

The basic duties include but are not limited to
- Capturing all diesel transactions on the daily basis and -compare the EDC and Call Centre data to identify fraudulent transactions,

notify Operations of filling that occurred at non-selected sites or without authorisation,
compile daily, weekly and monthly management reports.
- Monitor all diesel transactions for the main yard and order diesel as and when needed.
- Update diesel prices and selected filling sites on the system as soon as diesel price has changed or new site has been identified.
- Compile daily driver diesel consumption reports for Operations and highlight any anomalies or incidents for their attention.
- Assist with monthly payroll - the import and capturing of data only.
- General administrative tasks and duties as required from time to time.

**Qualifications**
- Matric qualification.
- 2 - 3 years experience in a similar position.
- Person with a strong willingness to learn and to adapt quickly.
- MUST be computer literate and have above average MS Excel skills
