The main purpose of this job is to maintain and grow the Rectron client base through promoting and selling Rectron’s product range.
- Effectively work with established clients and the normal dealer base assigned.
- Peruse the current sales dealer bases to identify sales opportunities.
- Follow up / Close leads generated on CRM
- Maintain and build trusted, long-term business relationships with clients
- Engage closely with customers and ensure their expectations are met according to their requirements including breakdown of quotes and projects given.
- Ensure the client’s needs are met, with clear understanding and the relevant technical knowledge to match Rectron products.
- Proactively update and advise clients on new and upcoming Rectron products
- Assisting all customers and sales team with queries, quotes and orders.
- Accurately list new products with key on-line customers based on their defined requirements
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services
- Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects when required
- Constant liaising with other members of the sales team and interacting with the technical team.
- Complete all allocated Product training as when necessary
- Efficiently process accurate vendor reports ensuring that deadlines are adhered to and met.
- General updates and administration

**Education/Qualification**
- Minimum: Matric Qualification, with a degree or diploma as an advantage
- At least 2-3 years Product Specialist experience in IT sales environment

- Willingness to learn new products and technologies on a continues basis

**Accountabilities**
- Target, GP and Customer Breadth targets to be sent out monthly and approved.
- Achieve exceptional ratings in client services
- Being able to identify that stock items are aging
- Complete all allocated product training
