**purpose**:

- To manage and oversee the financial services provided by representatives and ensure compliance with the FAIS act. Effectively manage and oversee all operational aspects in the achievement of the business objectives.**experience and qualifications**:

- Minimum Qualification - Relevant NQF 7 qualification FAIS compliant as prescribed by the Financial Services Board (FSB)Regulatory Exam as prescribed by the FSB
- Preferred Qualification - FSCA Recognised Qualification Regulatory Exam (RE1 for KI’s) and RE5
- Experience - 5 to 7 Years operational experience, 4 to 5 years’ experience in management or oversight of rendering financial experience
- Person must not be an unrehabilitated insolvent**additional requirements**:
**responsibilities**:

- Identify and implement on opportunities for revenue growth in order to deliver on sales targets
- Ensure compliance with the FAIS act. Develop and implement controls to ensure compliance with the requirements of the act
- Identify risk and process gaps within the business unit
- Contribute to the development of a budget aligned to operational delivery plans, monitor effectiveness and report on variances
- Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own and employee development
- Continuously focus on providing optimal services and improving service delivery processes to meet or exceed customer expectations
- Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards
- Prevent wastage, and on an ongoing basis identify process improvements in order to contain and reduce costs
- Build working relationships across teams and functional lines in order to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation
- Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions
