**The IIE Varsity College, Sandton Campus has a vacancy for a Lecturer in the Faculty of Education, for the following modules**:

- Various Modules in Foundation Phase Teaching

**Competencies Required**:

- Communication Skills
- Organizational Skills
- Effective Classroom Management
- Open to Development

**Minimum Qualification Requirements**:

- A minimum of a 4-year BEd degree (either in Foundation Phase Teaching OR Intermediate Phase Teaching) + an Honours (BEd Hons) OR Humanities/Arts/Social Science Honours OR Postgraduate Diploma in Education (at NQF level 8).

**Minimum Work Experience Requirements**:

- Ideally, lecturing experience at tertiary level.
- Training & Development: 3 years (required)
- Teaching: 3 years (required)
