**THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE**

Our Client, an admired and luxury motor dealership is hiring, on their behalf we are looking for an experienced, approachable and team orientated Workshop Controller to stand at the helm.

This position is extremely hands on and people orientated, that is essential that you have a flawless understanding of workshop operations. As a Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring optimum production of the workshop, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the team and ensuring customer satisfaction, among various administrative and day to day operations.

**Job Requirements**

A minimum of 2 years of Workshop Controller experience in a franchised motor dealership

First Hand knowledge of workshop operations in a franchised motor dealership

Working knowledge of a DMS (Evolve, Pinnacle, Automate, etc.)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Good problem-solving and decision-making skills

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Knowledge of health and safety regulations

**Qualifications**

Matric Certificate

A valid Drivers License

**Prefered Skills**

2 years of Workshop Controller experience in a franchised motor dealership

Working knowledge of a DMS (Evolve, Pinnacle, Automate, etc.)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Good problem-solving and decision-making skills

Excellent organisational and time management skills
