**Job description**:

- Running of a busy breakfast department and assisting with Pastry department production

**Requirements**:

- Will need to be presentable with excellent communication skills as they will be working in a live section in front of guests.
- Pastry & baking experience in a similar 4 or 5 star environment.
- Conferencing experience favorable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
