**Training and Assessment Material**
- Training material preparation
- Safe-keeping and revision control of master training

modules and assessments

**3.**
**Training Planning, Coordination and Delivery**
- Delivery of selected training modules as specified
- Training planning and scheduling
- FoodBev Seta liaison
- Training venue coordination
- Training logistics
- Recognition coordination
- Training quality assurance
- Alignment and liaison with KZN training coordinator

**4.**
**Training Administration**
- Knowledge assessment administration
- Competency assessment administration
- Training records and data administration
- Training information system administration
- Data analysis and internal reporting
- Workplace skills plan and annual training report
- Training nominations, attendance and administration
- External service provider coordination and administration
- Certification administration
- Training matrix administration
- Learnership administration
- Training delivery verification, preparation and

authorisation of supporting documentation, submission to

Creditors Department

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Development or

similar qualification
- Skills facilitator, assessor and moderator certification
- Similar or related position, preferably in food processing

industry
- 5 to 7 years relevant experience
- Training management and coordination
- Training delivery (physical and e-learning)
- Skills transfer and assessments
- FoodBev Seta or other Seta processes
- Training information systems
- Training best practices
- Food safety practices
- Intermediate data analysis skills
- Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Report writing
- E-learning development and implementation
- Conscientious and self-disciplined
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Good decision-making skills and ability to handle
