**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary assets and information for marketing initiatives.
- Manage social media and online presence, including timeously responding to queries and complaints (standard)
- Create and edit marketing and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities/products for growth.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Support event planning and execution.
- Ability to work on weekends to support any events taking place.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or related roles.
- Basic design skills are essential.
- Prior experience in the retail industry is advantageous.

**Skills**:

- The ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing ideas, campaigns, and strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Pay: R15 000,00 - R22 000,00 per month
