**Job description**:
To provide an effective office assistant function to Wealth Advisers through reliable support, office administration, reception and switchboard duties and client administration.

**Responsibilities**:
Reception duties:

- Answer and redirect all incoming calls, taking messages.
- Receive and dispatch postage and parcels
- Receive and Scan documents of clients and send to inbox
- Ordering paper and toner for the printer
- Boardrooms and equipment management
- Ensure knowledge of all staff movements in and out of office
- Manage of PABX relationship and deliver
- Ensure the reception area is always clean and neat

Office administration:

- In time and accurate attendance register
- Ensure accurate posting of TV adverts and videos

Client services:

- Receiving of clients
- Arranging refreshments for clients

**Minimum requirements**:

- Entry level qualification equivalent to Grade 12 / NQF4 qualification
- 2 - 3 years’ experience as a receptionist
- Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office - Excel, Word
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages

**Competencies required**:

- Client services and telephone etiquette
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Client orientated

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vredenburg, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- Receptionist: 2 years (required)
