Pub Manager

Job Title: Pub & Restaurant Manager**

**Location**: Franschhoek, Western Cape, South Africa

**Position Type**: Full-Time

**About Us**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Staff Management**: Oversee and coordinate the staff including training, and scheduling. Ensure that staff adhere to the pub's policies and procedures.
- **Operations Management**: Ensure the smooth running of daily operations, including managing stock control inventory, and maintaining equipment.
- **Customer Service**: Provide outstanding service to customers and address any complaints or issues promptly and create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons
- **Quality Control**: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and beverage service.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Pub/ Restaurant management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours during evenings and weekends.
- Have a friendly and outgoing personality and enjoy working with people.
- Fluency in English
- Pos system experience

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant qualifications or certifications in hospitality management or related fields are preferred.
